Our MenuOur chefs choose only the freshest and the finest ingredients and possibly zero kilometer, which are then carefully processed into dishes with a unique flavor.
Our menu changes with the seasons and always manages to delight our guests. The menu proposes typical specialties of Terni and Umbria, as well as delicious dishes of Italian cuisine.
Everything is served in our restaurant “La Terrazza”, situated in a panoramic position on the fifth floor of the hotel, where through a magnificent window you can enjoy the panorama of the city and the surrounding countryside.
During the summer we will be happy to welcome you at the Roof Top Restaurant, on the sixth floor, we will offer you the possibility to spend pleasant and romantic evenings under the stars, lit only by the soft light of candles.
